The Owen’s interiors are designed in contemporary neutral tones, with residences featuring 10-foot ceilings, except where dropped, per plan, expansive impact-resistant floor-to-ceiling windows that flood each home with natural light, spa-inspired bathrooms, recessed LED lighting, and natural stone and hardwood flooring.
